We are convinced that creative ideas for our customers are only possible in a workplace characterized by openness and mutual respect. For us, it's the better idea that counts, regardless of the experience and position of the employee.
We expect flexibility from our employees in the project business, just as we are very flexible when it comes to our employees’ time requirements. Working only four days a week or taking three months off for a trip around the world is usually possible with us at any time.
Project business can sometimes be stressful. However, in contrast to other consultancies, night shifts and weekend work are the absolute exception. After all, all our employees, including the management team, also have a life outside of work.
In 2022, the business magazine brand eins once again named Vocatus “Best Consultants” in the area of pricing strategy.
How does a typical project work? Do I have to specialize? How much will I travel?
Vocatus Member of the Executive Board Dr. Gaby Wiegran answers these and other typical questions from newcomers.

“Vocatus strives to provide our clients with answers to their business questions. Implementing this in every phase of a project is not always easy – it means struggling to find the best solution to meet the customer’s requirements. But that’s exactly what makes the work so exciting for me.”

Our employees are outstanding graduates from various fields of study. What they all have in common is a high level of analytical understanding and a strong business sense.
Fluent English skills are essential due to our numerous international projects. That is why part of our interview with you will be in English.
It's not simply that your analytical skills are very good - you also have to be persuasive when presenting your results - internally within the team as well as in front of our clients at management level. Only then can you really make real difference for the client.
